# Get Polygon Compliance Status | AgriBackup

> Synchronously fetch the EUDR compliance status of a single polygon by ID before linking it to a shipment. Returns PENDING, COMPLIANT, or HIGH_RISK.

Synchronously retrieves the deterministic EUDR compliance status of a specific farm boundary polygon. Call this endpoint to confirm that a polygon has passed satellite deforestation screening and is in `COMPLIANT` state before including it in a batch registration. A polygon in `PENDING` state is still being processed; `HIGH_RISK` polygons cannot be used in EUDR-compliant batches.

## Error Responses

| Status | Meaning                                                       |
| ------ | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `401`  | Missing or invalid `X-API-Key`.                               |
| `403`  | Your API key does not have permission to access this polygon. |
| `404`  | No polygon found with the given `polygonId`.                  |
