Retrieve batch cryptographic evidence

GET 
/api/v1/enterprise/eudr/evidence/ledger/batch/:batchId

Returns raw Hedera transaction IDs, state proofs, and Merkle root hashes for a consolidated EUDR batch. All anchoring is on the Hedera DLT layer.
